Children of Killers
by Katori Hall
Children of Killers - Costume Design
The North American premiere of this Katori Hall play about the aftereffects of the Rwandan genocide on the younger generation dealt with the interplay of the imagined and the real, the dead and the living, the absent and the present. A chorus of dead or imagined or disappeared children, the guhahamuka lead the audience through the world of the play, constant reminders of what's missing.
